It's nice to have you back with us Missy Janie. You were missed. Now the big question is; are you going to behave yourself? Do we need to get bail money together? big grin big grin

I'm relaxing after our day out. Yep, Janie, the soup and salad were great.

Can't take credit for the flowers though, Neal does all the gardening. I'll be sure to tell him what you said.....that will make him happy!

I'm very proud of our boys, they did very well.....didn't even try to chase the squaling cat! Just strained at the leash a little.

Maybe next time we can skip the vet's and just hit the food place.

PATS smile

Well, we ALL just got back from the trip to the Vet for Ringo. So much whining, crying, scratching at the door!! And that was just ME; Ringo did fine. wink

PATS, I'm soooo glad you and Pooky could go with us! Wasn't that soup and salad place fantastic? By the way, I love your house and your flowers.

We'll have to do this again sometime.

Janie

Pats, chocolate chip works for ME! big grin

Ooooh, how true: the description of a vet's waiting room!

OK, just finished my coffee. After my shower, we're heading your way!

Janie

(Whut kind of liquid refreshments should we have?) wink

Janie: Milkbones are for the boys, unless you really want some. I thought of chocolate chip or peanut butter for us. Liquid refreshments have to wait until after the vet business. It's hard to get to the restroom in a crowded vet's office and the wait is usually longer than anticipated.

And, yes, a good respite for us is definitely in order. After all the barking and owners shouting at their dogs and the unthinking person who brings their cat in their arms instead of a carrier.......

And that's only the waiting room. In back there is bound to be at least one animal missing their owner and setting off the others.

Pooky likes anything that I eat, but will settle for his Milkbones (his cookie)!

Will see you in AM and then we can RELAX afterwards!......PATS

PATS! Those broken Milkbones seem to be sticking in my 'FROAT!!
(Can we have a bit of 'LIQUID REFRESHMENT?') wink wink

OK! I'll be over to pick y'all up in the morning. We'll take pooooor little Ringo to the Vet , then we'll go out for lunch afterwards.

What's Pookey's favorite food/treat? Ringo loves anything that I call a "COOKIE" or "SUCKER". He'll even eat Kitty's food if I don't watch him.

See you 1st thing in the morning!! wink

Janie & Ringo

JANIE: Pooky and I will be waiting for you and Ringo. And I always try to have a pocket with a plastic bag of broken bits of Milkbones when we go out. For some reason Pooky doesn't care for the freebies that they have at the vet's. It's a good way to use all those broken pieces that end up at the bottom of the box. Maybe I can put some cookies in the other pocket for us...OK?

The puppy restaurant sounds great for afterwards....PATS big grin smile

PATS, you have made Ringo a happy, happy puppy!!! And, I'm a happy teenage girl!
wink

Okie dokie! His appt. is at 11:20 in the morning. Want us to come pick you up? (Pssst, don't forget doggie biscuits!)

Afterwards, let's all go out to lunch at this "pet friendly" place where they have a mean soup 'n salad bar.

JANIE: Pooky would love to get out of the house and go somewhere....almost anywhere. But when it comes to the Vet's.......well, he is only willing to go if I am with him!

Guess you'll have to take the both of us. Pooky doesn't trust THOSE people without his Momma there for reassurance and constant love.

PATS wink Happy to help you and Ringo out. big grin

OK, I made it to the chatroom and they "still" picked on me!

Oh well. I don't really mind. Miss Vicki said it was 'cause they LUV me.

I came here to say "Hey! Good Morning everybody!" -- but nobody's HERE. Kinda creepy being here all alone.

OK, now I'm scared. I'm backing out of the room, ballbat in hand.
