EA, I have two cups of decaf.coffee in the morning. Then all I drink is water during the day. I drink a lot, pee a lot and sweat a lot. Do not drink alcoholic beverages,do not smoke, say damn once in a while and don't chase after men.

Maybe its the excitement thats getting the better of me. LOL Lela

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm I am not sure you are lazy. My Mom lives in Fl. (my heart is in Fl.) and she tells me it is HOT down there. You add a day or two of rain from Barry and you have pretty high humidity which equals a lot of sleepy people as I remember Fl. tropical periods. I also would be interested in knowing how much you have been drinking that is not coffee, pop, liquor or caffine?????? Perhaps you could use a little extra water yourself. Are you peeing all right??? (Oh heck I am not suppose to be so direct on line. Are you voiding all right???) When and what did you eat last??? Did you go talk to a neighbor today????

Thanks Vicki & Janie,
You are right, for so many years I had to be up and moving . Now I have to learn that there is nothing to keep me from sleeping when I feel like it, a whole new lifestyle.

This morning I got all the shrubbery trimmed and the weeds sprayed. So all is not lost. LOL. Much Love, Lela

Lela,
After years of caregiving your body is most likely still tired and in need of sleep. Let your body regulate itself. It will let you know when it is sufficiently rested.

Lela, just sounds like you're wearing yourself out because -- as you said earlier -- you're "bored".

That's a lot of sleep; you must've needed it!

Please take care of yourself. We LUV YOU!!

Janie smile

Janie,
Thanks for the cookie, I surely do need some more calories. Tropical Storm Barry did no damage here, but did leave us with plenty of water. My grass didn't get mowed last week.
No complaints though, we needed the rain.

First Sunday in ages I did not attend church.

Lela, I broughtcha' a cookie since it sounds like you've been "minus" a few calories lately. smile

Wow! Before I decide to join a group of ladies like that, I'd better go to the gym and work out for awhile (like a few months).!! Whoooo. I couldn't keep up a schedule like that. smile

Hope you're having fun, though!!

Love,
Janie

PS - Just heard on the TV that "Barry" is heading toward the FL Panhandle. Not sure exactly where you are in FL, but do hope you're not in any danger! Be careful. smile

Hello Everyone,
Not much news from here except I am having a hard time keeping up with my new elderly friends. Everyday they have something going on and it usually involves eating out twice a day.

This afternoon after lunch four of us went to the "Senior Friends "monthly meeting. Then we came to my house and played cards until 6 pm. Then we went to dinner at a new place in town. I have already told them after our Alaska trip I will only be free for lunch. At night I need to not eat much. They agreed we should all do that LOL.

Janie I am so happy things are settled with BD now and you can get on with your life.

Vicki, Joe's daughter loves Seattle and said she would like to retire out there. Hope your
home sells soon and you too can get settled down.

Much Love, Lela

Lela,
A suite overlooking the water and maid service. Hmmm, I could deal with that. big grin

As far as Seattle, things are going fine. Just a little stressed about the house selling in a timely manner. It will be nice to have my house back again. Having to look like we don't live like here is a pain in the neck. But we are excited about the move.

EA, you are going to have to come and get Janie back under control. I know, bring a cookie and she will give herself up.

Vicky,
I suppose Janie is still at the pool with the hunktoo busy to post.

So how is your move to Seattle progressing ?
Joe's son-in-law was out there on sabbitical two years ago. Janice loved it,but I suspect it was because they were set up in a suite, overlooking the water and they had maid service. LOL What's not to lke huh ??

It all sounds good to me. The part I liked best was the 20-something pool boy. Janie, when you are finished with him send him on over. big grin

Lela, I ate the cake when Janie wasn't looking! Sorry Janie.
