Hi, Mansfield:

How alert is your wife? Is she able to be up and around? Does she need the diapers only at night or does she "let loose" without even realizing it?

Karen is right on the mark. Get the generic Depends. They have tape sides and are easy for you to put them on her. We used them with my mom for years.

Good luck.

Hello mansfield,

I've read that Walmart sells their own brand of Depends at a lower cost. Have you tried Depends? If it is only urinary incontinence maybe something like Poise will do. That is a disposable pad that attaches to underwear.

Maybe someone with more experience can give better advice.
