Seven years is a long time. Can you tell us a little more about her/ your situation? What does her Doctor say? We have many resources for supplies, experience with techniques adapted over time, and a listening ear. If nothing else, We can hear you, send you cyber hugs, an occassional cyber bump if you are going on a guilt trip, And maybe one of us can interpret the med-speak if you need a hand.

7 years of caring for granny, hmmm? Sounds like it's starting to wear you down.
Don't worry, it happens to all of us, and more than once. So we come here,admit we're exhausted, angry, guilty, frightened and ready to throw in the towel and walk away without looking back.
And then you go and do the things that drove you here in the first place, feeling better because now you've "said it out loud" and somebody knows how you feel, even if you didn't mean a lot of it quite the way it sounded.
