Clinical Tools, Inc., a medical education company based in Chapel Hill, NC, is designing a new website for Alzheimer's disease/dementia caregivers. We are currently seeking participants to complete an online survey or focus group to help us build the best website possible. If you are currently the caregiver for someone with Alzheimer's disease or dementia -- either you provide hands-on care or make decisions about care -- then you may be eligible to participate.
