This has been a very difficult month (more than a month) for so many. If you want to have a cup of tea or coffee with me, I'll pour.

Here dear is the cake and some coffee or tea to go along with it. I hope you get to do something special for yourself today.

gypsy. i hope the car good to go. a nice drive will do you a world of good. i rarely get out but i think i would go nuts if i knew i COULDN'T get out. since november just about everyone we know has been in a car accident. lots of cars considered totaled but no one hurt, which is good but i had the last laugh. my son always says i am a rotten driver, i'm not sure what he bases this on, but when all was sad and done my car was the last man standing!!!he just had his fixed by friends who work in a salvage yard and they did a wonderful job on it! tomorrow it is my H's turn. a deer committed suicide on his car.all of my son's friends lost their cars so it has been tough. we have gone from blizzards to rain to sleet to more snow to 62 degrees and now we are back to rain and fat snow.this is not winter in michigan! i want everyone to know that you are all in my prayers. times have been so hard latey for so many and i think of you all.take care.

Big GrinJust sitting here with a cup of green tea before I hit the sack. Just got our Christmas stuff down today-think it is Ukrainian New Years this week but decided it had to go. Car finally got fixed yesterday for 2 weeks I have been afraid to go out just for fun when I have Mike. Tomorrow we will go up to the pub for lunch I think. Our weather has been mild but rain and wind. Supposed to be clear and colder this week. By the time I finished reading here tonight I was a little depressed=there seem to be so many losing loved ones or dealing with things becoming worse.Things here are ok-I get frustrated at times then remember how much worse it must be for Mike than me. Our MWF morning lady is on holidays for 3 weeks so who know who or what time we will have help-don't be surprised if I come in mumbling Big GrinGypsy

thank you bobcat, i would love some camomille tea and a cherry biscotti. all the losses have taken a toll on us. i feel like i am mourning for everyone's losses and for all of us, too. for the things that have happened, the things we know will happen and all the surprises still in store. help, i need an attitude readjustment. i am havng trouble seeing any light at the end of the tunnel.sorry, just needed to let it out. mb. i did like the hill billy picture. kind of looks like hill had a stroke or billy had a face lift!one of the candidates will be here next week for a town hall meeting next week. he might take my son along just because it might be the one time they get close enough to participate in one.might be interesting, not that many of them could pass a polygraph test! in april they are going to see the dahli lama. he will be in ann arbor, michigan.i am hoping to find someone to cover for me so i can go, too. might not be the same as woodstock but it might be interesting. might be interesting seems to be the word for the day! thanks for the tea. i needed that.
