I ran across this recipe today and thought, "You know, this has some healthy stuff in it and might be something some of our swallowing impaired elders might enjoy as a holiday treat."

I haven't tried it yet, but intend to pick up the pumpkin next time I'm at the store.

The soy milk and yogurt would be the way I'd have to go because a couple of my family members are lactose intolerant. Maybe that was part of the reason why I particularly noticed the recipe: my husband and daughter can eat it!

Haven't tried it but it sounds great.....
.......I would use regular milk & real ice cream.At that stage of the game what does it matter?lol.
