Hi - I am new to the forum. My 88 year old grandfather lives with me and my husband and 3 children. Grandpa has a habit of missing the bowl everyday. I have changed out the toiled for a taller, bigger bowl, but no improvement. I have also ordered toilet floor mats which help, but they are expensive and gross. My saulsalito tile is ruined. Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas? I don't think he realizes he is doing it.

Thanks for any help you can provide?

Maybe he would be able to use a hand held urinal.
Not to everyones liking but it worked for my husband when he was mobile. Many times I would have to hold it for him but it did the trick.
Would he wear an external, texas catherator? You would have to empty it but it would prevent the urinating all over the area around the toilet.
Also means someone would have to change the catherator each day and make sure he is clean.
