Have I had a rough 2 days and their not getting any better for MIL.
People who run B&C's....there should be some kind of warning printed out for them....
Life as you knew it just ended.
Ok so maybe that comes from a little anger spot up in me....
I just spent these last 2 days trying to figure out what to do and today DOING it.
The B&C MIL was at has now closed its doors (yeah thats right I was JUST informed) so today was spent moving her to another B&C although closer this could have been avoided if one person knew what she was getting herself into...Oh waitaminute she did I in fact told her.
Now for the wailing portion of this....
My MIL's room mate is left behind poor thing my heart is breaking for her as her family doesnt even visit, when I went there I would save some time just for her she is such a beautiful soul I wanted to pack her up myself and drag her along and here I set crying over it
My MIL was so upset she pooped all over the place before we left....
Im really starting to hate this part.....

Sweetie a Board and Care facility is nothing more than an actual house thats run by either an LVN or a CNA they are much cheaper than a nursing home.
For someone like my MIL it was the best situation she feels more at ease being in a B&C verses a NH she will even interact with the other patients there something she would never do in a NH

Just in case the old owners don't have any TP after they threw everyone out...

For some reason the "new owner" called the old owner to tell her early yesterday.
Old owner felt so bad that this happened she referred me to a friend of hers that lives about a half mile away and operates a B&C in her home *nice huh?*
Well thats the nature of B&C's people here often buy a home run it as a B&C to pay the mortgages off the old owner just wasnt aware this woman was trying to do that so they are giving the roomate 30 days to vacate
This new facility cant hold a room for 30 days so she asked if I could move MIL in right away,
I figured hey kinda like pullin a bandaid off right... might as well go whole hog an get it done with MIL is gonna suffer irregardless

BG. Like DOCKHA, Amazed you found a place for her so fast. I am so concerned about her room mate. How can they dump people?? What happened? Is the warning, that B&C s have no liability?? That poor woman.!! Now what?...

It's like a bad movie-just when you think it's over, huh? How did you find another place so fast? How could they have waited until the last minute to let you know? How, how, how!
Why, why, why? I'm chasing my tail here it's soooo frustrating.
