AHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I am doing all the house packing by myself. I was on vacation most of the week, only went in one day to set up for the new school year, and have done nothing but pack, cook, clean pack pack. I have been sleeping very good and guess I'm getting excercise because every bone hurts. Right now I'm mad at my son who took off to go to Taco Bell with his friend, my mom for leaving this mess, my husband for making me go through this alone (OK mom and Doug would not want this for me and I know that) and my mother's son who doesn't give a sh*t right now if I kill myself. No closing date yet and I'm suppose to start moving on Mon. and have the truck for Tues. No beach/ watching my nephew race tomorrow because things need to be done. Thanks guys I new I can rant and rave here. Back to work...I feel better

Sigh....Mar... I don't blame ya one little bit! What has happened to you and what you have been left with is so incredibly unfair! I know your DH & Mom couldn't help going' on, but it's still a pisser to be going through all that you are alone, especially where your co-DNA recipient is concerned. All I can say about him is that there's a special place in hell for folks who do their loved ones like he did your mom and you... I know it's mean-spirited, but I hope he has no one to look after him when his time comes - that the vultures take everything of his and leave him high and dry. Unfortunately, that doesn't do YOU much good, so I'll hush my mouth! I wish we all lived near you so that we could all pitch in and help you - that's the most frustrating thing about our online relationships - we can't physically BE THERE for our friends! But know that if there were any way we could, you'd have more help than you could use and you'd probably be wishing some of us would go home!

i am going to send mom's son some roses for the closing. have already ordered 2 dozen. they will be good and dead by the time they are delivered at the closing for his joyous celebration.going to incllude a bottle of my best vintage wine [it's gone to vinegar] with it. let the pow wow begin. mar, you only get to deal with what's left of him after the lovely ladies are finished

Thanks guys, Even though there is no closing date it is suppose to be this week coming up, probably on Fri. My landlord is letting me start to move in tommorrow as I want to be ready when school starts and not spend all of Labor Day weekend working. Dan also goes back to work next Sun. and I want to hit the beach and at least go down Wed. for my goddaughter's birthday. Also need to get a car when all is said and done as mine doesn't always run! I'm going to keep sleeping here and will not move out till the 31st if not later. If it's going to be hot I may stay at both places and use the pool. I do know not to move everything and leave at least one thing in the house, probably our mattresses and a tv to watch for Dan It's getting there and if all goes according to plan I'll be done today with the packing end of it. SInce I had the live in I lived in this room so literally everything but the kitchen is in here. Thanks guys for all of your support. It means a lot. The friends who would have helped are all on vacation!

Mar, you have been so strong through all of this. Honestly, you have worked your fanny off all summer, I don't know if I would have the mental of physical strength to get to where you are today.

I totally understand your anger and frustration with everyone right now, {we do understand that Doug, nor Mom would ever want this for you}, you are probably feeling very alone.
