I found this quote a while back. I'm not quite sure how it makes me feel, but it's a powerful image.
"For what is it to die but to stand in the sun and melt into the wind?" It also lends itself well to other comparisons (sorry Kahlil!) "For what is it to die but to stand in the moonlight and break into a thousand tiny stars?" |
