My H's Aunt Ruth passed away Friday. She was at home, hospice since August when they thought she probably had about 2-3 weeks left. Her daughters and grandaughters shared her care for 24/7 all that time.

H went home to see her back in Nov. I didn't get to go, and I am sorry, but so glad he went. She often stepped up to mother him and his sisters when their own mother was ill and unable. She always made me feel so welcome.

She certainly deserves her wings. May all of the family and especially her husband of 57 years find comfort in her peace and final rest.

Thank you both. She kept 5 daughters dressed like princesses with her home sewing and watched out for my H and his 2 sisters. She could garden and skin a deer and bake a cake.. There aren't many like that.
