Its quite a job... I suggest you not only research a web to get some knowledge and clog your mind, but also take a couple of days off and make a tour of several places in your area. Don't be greedy on the money, but find out all the details of what you are going to pay for. Talk to the residents who are in already, and please remember that nursing homes if compared with elderly care homes with just a few residents, run by the owners, are loosing big time in quality of care.
