After breaking my shoulder on Thanksgiving, I have been "out of it" for two months, now back to doing most things okay. Although dh was wonderful taking care of me, I know he is glad to have his "housekeeper and cook" back. I see him losing a little all the time, never feeling good, sleeping a lot, losing interest in things. He did get all of his woodworking equipment out of the spare room and bought a small recliner and small bookcase, so he has his own 'reading room" now. I try to keep him supplied with books I think he'll like as that is about his only activity other than watching TV. If he didn't like to read, I don;t know what I could do to entertain him. We do get out to a restaurant once or twice a week, usually for breakfast. Anyway, hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas, a bang-up New Year, and looking foreward to all good things.
