This is what I use, and have had good results. I know it does not work for everyone, but it also has no nasty side affects like some prescription pills do.
http://www.d-mannoseplus.com/ You can also google d-mannose, but this is the cheapest place I have found so far!
For me, this stuff gets rid of bladder infections, often helping ease the pain within hours and I highly recommend it.

I actually have a friend that takes this and she swears by it, she also uses just the powder Wink

Thank you for the post! I forgot to add that you need to take the powder only, and NOT the capsuls if you are taking blood thinners. Like duh, I should have thought of that...my FIL takes warfarin. Always good to watch the label! Thank you again!

Just a word of caution if someone can not take aspirin you should use caution with this product because of its herbal properties.
