Snowy, Since even the best doctors cannot be sure Alz is present until after death and you are certainly not dead... Thank God!, I don't feel you should be upset about what others think. I am almost glad to find your demetia problems are not Alz. At least you can perhaps fight this more effectively.
I too was so glad to see your posts in the past. Lots of things you said were so encouraging to me. From someone who was living with dementia to be able to share what they were feeling was such a help to me. It is hard for us to really understand what our LO are going through and you helped.
As mom's dr told me. Demetia is Dementia no matter what causes it, it is a hard thing to deal with.
Glad you are back on line and with us. Let us know how we can encourage you with all this. You are loved.

SnowyLynne, I don't care what your diagnosis is - YOU are "good people." Your insight has always been valuable here and it's good to see you posting again. Hopefully, whatever condition is causing you trouble will stay at bay and allow you to live the best way you can! The world would be a much drearier place without you! Smile

I, too, have read you on more than one board. Some of us do get around. You seemed too 'with it' for too long to have AD, but how would any of us in cyberspace know the facts. So I am glad that this is good news for you, I can hardly imagine the joy this brings, altho VD is no picnic. As a caregiver and AD author I've been flamed many times, so I have some idea how you've felt. Anyway, welcome Lynne to your new reality--it's a pleasure to meet you in your new mode.

SnowLynne, I have always been impressed by your ability to communicate.I always thought that your diagnosis had been wrong. No meds, good for you.I know this has relieved you in many ways.
You have always come right to the point when sharing something.
We are thrilled you have chosen to return.I sent a post a few months ago wondering where you were.

Aww sweetie you got friends here that understand truly.
We know you are not begging for sympathy. Honestly I can see what this is doing to you just from your writing alone if ANYONE in your life has a doubt tell them to take a look at all your postings. The one thing I notice now is that you are short and to the point, you dont expound on your postings like you did in the earlier years here. See I pay attention to you Wink
I have never knowingly stepped on anyones feelings so if I have ever said anything to offend you I want you to be honest and say so cause it really breaks my heart seeing you go through this with people who doubt the very real disease you face so bravely everyday.
You are a true hero Lynne never forget that and never let one idiot force you off this board we would miss you sorely I know I have Wink
