Dad is getting more and more confused as the days get shorter and especially at night. I noticed that he improved somewhat during the summer. I've seen where people have used bright light to combat winter time depression. Has anyone tried this with sundowner's?

Yes, light helps with sundowning, particularly in the wintertime. I am not just talking about a nice muted lamp, I am talking about the "let there be LIGHT" intensity of light. "She ain't heavy; she's my mother." Mom got her wings 11/18/2008 |
