The circle is complete. This is where I started my journey and so I am here tonite to thank all of you.

This is where I found true friends who helped me not only grow that backbone that I so needed, but gave me support and real-life suggestions from having 'walked the walk'.

My Mom passed away last Friday. I was with her at her bedside, and she and I together managed to keep her at home until the end. She gave me the greatest gift by allowing me to help her on that last journey to heaven.

Mom had some incredible guardian angels, and I've been reading through all my old posts tonite reminiscing about all of you who helped us.

Melissa, May, Kathy, Lynne, Margaret, Edyth Ann and Vicki -- you all come readily to mind. You all gave so freely. But, by naming people I know that I risk offending all my other friends. Janie, Gabgan, CareerCounselor! Give me an hour or two and I'll be able to properly thank each and every one of you --

I always hoped that when this day came, Mom would be smiling down on me and thanking me for doing what needed to be done. I love her bunches, and I feel the smile Smile

All my best to each and everyone of you,
Nancy

Oh, Nancy. I just posted to you hoping you'd send an update, then found this.

My heart goes out to you, Nancy. I remember some of the difficulties you encountered along the way, and how very determined you were to find answers to help your Mom and - if at all possible - keep her home with you. I am so very glad you were able to do that, and were with her at the end.

I wish I knew what to say. I'm choking up here and wishing I could give you a hug.
So ((((Nancy))) that is the best I can do, and extend my love and sympathy to you as you begin a new journey.

You're a beautiful lady, Nancy.
Take care of yourself, and when you're up it, I hope you'll let us know how you're doing.

Love,
Melissa

Nancy, my heart goes out to you.yOU LET MOTHER GO HOME WITH THE WONDERFUL FEELING THAT YOU WERE WITH HER TO THE END.So many of us have lost loved ones and I am betting that have formed a bond and comparing notes. They are putting their heads together and trying to find a way to protect us as we tried to them.I believe they have passed but will return to us in some unusual way..tHEY HAVE GONE HOME AND MAY THEY REST IN PEACE.YOU TAKE CARE OF YOUR SELF AND START THE PROCESS OF PUTTING YOUR LIFE IN ANOTHER DIRECTION.All the memories of mother will become less about her bad day and more of the wonderful days.God walk with you as you turn this corner
