I'm walking out the door, but I heard on the news that Tyson is recalling ground beef and several other products for e-coli bacteria contamination. ...many of them are in Wal-Mart stores... Although the MSN article doesn't list any, the news story I heard on TV also listed several chicken products.

Be careful, y'all!

The recalled products include:

1½-pound trays of Angus steak burger all natural, 85/15, 6¼-pound patties;

1.33-pound trays of Angus steak burger all natural, 85/15, extra thick, 4 1/3-pound patties;

2¼-pound trays of 73/27 all-natural ground beef; and

5½-pound trays of 73/27 all-natural ground beef.

thanks mariabee for the update. i don't ike to take chances but i think this all for a trip to red lobster to be on the safe side!!!

Thankyou, Mom's immune system probably puts our to shame, Her Mom used to laugh (in the ironic way, My Grandma) if you weren't dead by 4, you'ld live long. This was talk about building up immunity when refrigeration and clhoroxic's wipes were non existent or at least limited. ( she raised six, but did lose 2).
Still, don't want to chance her's or mine. Got a JOB to do.
