Interesting new study which showed that thirty minutes of supervised exercised three times per week improved function and reduced agitation in patients with advanced dementia.

One dementia care unit we visited a few years ago had a "dance class" where the residents were led in swaying in their chairs and waving scarves in time to music. The aides were in there "dancing" too, helping the residents participate. It was sweet to watch them all having fun together in that way.

OK, very interesting, easy, and cheap. I like all 3. Makes good sense too.
