This does sound promising..It may not fit in the "miracle cure" category, but it is clearly in the "makes good sense" zone. At least it is a direction that can do no harm... Wonder what their stock goes for?

*Chuckle* Im loving this one Dochka thank you Im passing this one along to everyone
As I was reading it sparked my interests and did a little research after looking into this article about the glucose issue, I know this is only a small part of it but I read a little refresher on glucose and came across phytonutrients, decided to look into this a little and boy lemme tell you something Iv been saying all along is that we must stop with all the processed foods and eat more whole foods. Read on I gobbled it all up Conclusion : Functional Foods and Phytonutrients Against Chronic Diseases "Most authorities agree that the best nutritional foundation for life long wellness is from natural whole foods. They also agree that efforts to improve the quality of the Western diet have been mixed at best. In order to increase the nutrient density in the industrialized societies "functional food" products are increasingly promoted. Inclusion of phytonutrients in such functional foods is a common strategy. The ever clearer take home message for those wishing to delay the onset of the “all too common” diseases of aging and promote lifelong wellness is that both our dietary and supplementation habits would do well to include a wide variety of whole plant foods and whole food supplements nutrient dense in a balanced, broad, full color spectrum of phytonutrients. To understand a little about Glucose: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glucose And for phytonutrients read here: http://www.aaimedicine.com/jaa.../phytonutrients2.php ********************************************** Well, butter my butt and call me a biscuit. |
