NEW YORK (Reuters Health) - Results of a family-based, "case-control" study support a relationship between exposure to pesticides and the development of Parkinson's disease (PD).

Remember that exposure to pesticides can come in many forms - some of which are not known by an individual nor by extended family members. Wink I do not think that this represents "the" cause of Parkinson's disease, but merely ONE of the causes of Parkinsonian symptoms.

MomsBuddy, this is interesting news.My husband had a family member who had Parkinsons disease .
He was never exposed to any of the chemicals mentioned .
