About a week ago, I went to my Profile, got a private message from I think, M. White, answered her and since then she said she never got it, and I cannot get to PM listing on my profile. I see some of you mentioning you are posting a PM to someone, so what did I do wrong???
I don't know if I deleted the PM's by mistake, and until a new one comes in I cannot go there,or if it just isn't working. Any helpers smile

Jeannine

Hi Janie,

Yes, I received your PM just fine, but I could not reply to it from there either. Same error message about your mailbox being full. frown

Maybe you should tell Rich you need a bigger mailbox! Oh, R-i-c-h!! Come out, come out wherever you are! wink

Ok, Jan - Just sent you a PM. Check to see if you received it when you get time.

The response I got on MY end, after I sent it was this:

504 Gateway Timeout

Huh! I don't get it. My mailbox has NEVER smoked!

I don't know what the problem is. Mikey said he was able to RECEIVE PM's from me, but apparently I can't receive them from anyone else.

I know, it's a conspiracy! Rich has cut me off cuz he don't luv me anymore!

Jeannine, how GREAT to hear that about the backing off of the presdnisone. Good when you need it; sucks when you don't.

My PM's are full? Must be another glitch of some sort. I just checked this morning and I only had three!!! (I'll check again after this post).

You have my e-mail address right? At least, I think you do. In any event, if you don't have it, let me know and I'll send it to you.

Glad to hear your good news! smile

Janie: Well eye Dr. says start cutting back on predisone, and after 4 weeks stop all together, Yeah!!! big grin big grin big grin
Now if the sinus Dr. finds that dumb thing is open and draining, maybe I will be a truly happy person.

I have tried sending you a private message twice, your mailbox is full it says big grin big grin
Could you try sending me one??? If I get it, goodie If I don't then I give up!!!

Thanks

Griping? Nope! Sorry, I can't let you "off the hook" that easily. wink

With the sounds of what you've been through, it would seem to me that you have every right in the world to be fed up!! Glad to hear you're at a new doctor's office. Hopefully he can FIX the sinus problem.

Good luck!

Predisone is the culprit. I had to be on it last year for a "psuedo tumor" they thought I had on my right optic nerve.
Then when dad passed away, I got the same sharp pain in that eye and they think it is re-occuring. However!! The Dr. they sent me to for a second opinion this time, says no, he takes special cat scan, says no tumor, but right sinus in the middle of your head is closed tight, and sends me to a sinus Dr. At least the new Dr. cut my steroid dose to almost nothing, but still have to be tapered off, no sudden stop.
Tell the truth, I am about ready to tell them to all go to he** and leave me alone. I am tired of pills, nose spray, washing out your nose with salt water, antibiotics, you name it. They are all trying something.
Sorry I am griping today, aren't I?

Good morning, Jeannine. smile

What're you taking the steroid for? Those things require monitoring, but I'm sure you already know that.

My fil was on Prednisone for awhile and he had problems with it!

How about a big dose of the steroid I am on?????

If nothing else it might swell the board like it does my face.
