ok so i have been dealing with taking care of grandma since july, i know i posted that i give up however, i am still here. the reason i am still here is i have no money. my mom talked to the guy at DHS and he said he hasnt gotten the paperwork form the DR which i dropped off almost a month ago. i need to get paid i just dont know what to do. i so mad at the incompitance of the dr

I do not understand why DHS is involved. The money for your work should come from your grandmother's resources. If she has none, most states do not pay family caregivers, especially those who have not met a certain level of certification.

idk how iit works here all i know is they (the drs) had told my mom to talk to DHS and i would get paid but for whatever reason the paper work never gets where is suppose to go. but its ok i am to the point that i just dont care anymore i am workin on a new place to live and i have started to have some what a social life soon i will move out and i hate to say this but my auntie can take care of grandma since they both feel that there is nothing wrong and she doenst need me here
