My mom had compression fractures & finds if difficult geting out of bed & chairs. Would
VA Champa insurance cover a lift chair with mom's Medicare? The doctor said he would sign a CHAMPA VA paper to get one. So can I get a lift chair for here using CHAMPA VA? How would I proceed? Thank you, |

MM heres his response
"My suggestion would be to talk to a DAV representative. (Disabled American Veterans) Most of them are well versed in what's available as are some of the VA reps themselves. From what I understand, most companies that deal with those types of chairs SHOULD know. Most of them will pre qualify a person before having the chair built, if they don't, I'd find another dealer." I hope this helps ********************************************** Well, butter my butt and call me a biscuit. |
